State Tribal Consultation
Pursuant to the State-Tribal Collaboration Act: A state agency shall make a reasonable effort to collaborate with Indian nations, tribes, or pueblos in the development and implementation of policies, agreements and programs of the state agency that directly affect American Indians or Alaska Natives.

Below is a brief list of ongoing tribal consultations with Nations, Pueblos, Tribes, and the State of New Mexico. This list is intended to give tribal leadership an idea of consultations that are currently in progress.
